Hey Andrea,
I am sorry you are having difficulty with this issue. I am having trouble reproducing this problem on my end. Would you mind providing me with a few more details like the operating system you are using? If you are able to send the session file giving you the problem, it may be helpful as well.
Also, if you have a chance, open your session file with the IGB console open. To open the console select "Show Console" under the Help menu at the top of IGB. Once this is open, try to load your IGB session file and then copy the text displayed in the console so that you can send it my way. This can sometimes provide our team with the information necessary to track down the problem.
If you need assistance with gathering any of this information please let me know.
