      Subject: IGB heatmap legend

      Dear Ann, Dear IGB team,

I am using the IGB for quite a while and it is really a fantastic program that helps me a lot in visualizing my data. Thanks for that!

However I have a question regarding the heatmap visualization. I am often using the rainbow heatmap feature to visualize ChIP-seq signals of quite a wide range. Is there any possibility to get a legend for the heatmap, i. e. which colour corresponds to which value? When data is e. g. viewed as a line graph, Y-axis values can be shown via checking the correspinding box. Yet in the heatmap mode checking the Y-axis box has no effect. This would be very helpful when generating figures from data visualized via heatmaps in IGB.

      Thanks,
      Claudio
