User bush asked question:
Hello, I'm setting up a local quick load site in the IGB browser, and I want it to load my track and then display it with a heat map. I'm trying to figure out what I can do to automatically specify the heatmap ranges so the user doesn't have to do that. Is there something I can put in the annots.xml file? thanks, Eliot

User Mason Meyer answered:
Hello,
My name is Mason Meyer, IGB Support Specialist. Thank you for being an IGB user and for taking the time to ask your question. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to specify the heatmap ranges so the user doesn't have to do it each time. I understand that this makes it difficult to use the heatmap feature from session to session and I agree that this feature should exist, so I have created a feature request in our issue-tracking system to ensure that we are able to prioritize and work on this task when we are able to. If you have anymore questions or comments about this or another issue, please don't hesitate to post them or you can contact us via e-mail by visiting our support page: http://bioviz.org/igb/help.html
Thanks again,
Mason Meyer
