Subject: Viewing Galaxy data in IGB
Hello Maria,
My name is Mason Meyer, IGB Support Specialist. Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your question. I am more than happy to help resolve the issue, but I am wondering if you could give me a little more information.
Are you trying to view data that is currently stored in Galaxy or is it data downloaded from Galaxy? If it has been downloaded from Galaxy, would you be able to share the file with me so I can use it for testing? If it has not been downloaded, then you must be experiencing a problem with the "display in IGB" view button within Galaxy. Please let me know which it is and what file type you are working with and I can continue to look into this for you.
Thanks again,
Mason Meyer
