          Hello Maria,

My name is Mason Meyer, IGB Support Specialist. Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your question. I am more than happy to help resolve the issue, but I am wondering if you could give me a little more information.

Are you trying to view data that is currently stored in Galaxy or is it data downloaded from Galaxy? If it has been downloaded from Galaxy, would you be able to share the file with me so I can use it for testing? If it has not been downloaded, then you must be experiencing a problem with the "display in IGB" view button within Galaxy. Please let me know which it is and what file type you are working with and I can continue to look into this for you.

          Thanks again,

          Mason Meyer

          Hello again Maria,

In the image that you sent, it looks like IGB may not be running on your computer at the same time as when you click the IGB button in Galaxy. Make sure that IGB is already running and then you can go to Galaxy and click the button
to view in IGB. If you are already doing this, please let me know and I will try to figure out another way to resolve the problem.

          Thanks again,

          Mason Meyer
