Mismatches or not?

            Description

            Good afternoon!
            I'm trying to vizualize a BAM-file from usegalaxy. I used Bowtie for mapping reads (75bp) with default settings and when I zoom it in IGB, I see some blue gaps in reads. Are they mismatches or not?
