support for visualizing Hi-C data and epilogos data

            Description

            Dear IGB team,

            Is it possible to make IGB support visualizing Hi-C data and epilogos ChIP-seq data? now, I am trying the static tool pyGenomeTracks but would be better to have an interactive browser. see my issue here to understand what I want: https://github.com/deeptools/pyGenomeTracks/issues/6
