Description
I am getting this message ... repeatedly.
"Mus musculus not available at this time. Please check that the appropriate data source is available."
What can I do to overcome this problem.
I am using the 8.3.2 version.

Thank you for getting in touch.
I just now launched IGB to check the mouse genome data. It looks like everything is working as expected - the latest version available in IGB is from the Dec 2011 (also called mm10 or GRCm38). Earlier versions are also available (mm9, mm8, mm7).
One thing you might try is resetting the preferences to the defaults.
I would also recommend installing the latest released version of IGB. If you want to keep the older version, you can tell the installer to install in a different folder.
