      Click "Create"

      4)Additional Usability Settings (optional)
      You should finally return back to the "Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager"

This is fine because we are about to select the iso by clicking the disk icon in the bottom right corner and select "Choose virtual CD/DVD disk file" find Ross's .iso file. Mine is called "livecd_23Feb2014.iso"

      7)Reboot
      Looking at the VM again, click the close window button in the title bar. Virtual box will prompt you if you want to "Save machine state" or "Power off". Select "Power Off".

      8)Finally seeing results
      You are now back at the "Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager".

If you want to take the time to install the Lubuntu to this VM you may choose the second option)

      9)Getting networking running and install icedtea-netx (javaws):
      Ross knows this is a bug and provided this fix for us. It is documented here https://igbjira.uncc.edu/jira/browse/HELP-23

      $ sudo ln -s /run/resolvconf/resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf
      $ sudo apt-get install icedtea-netx

      11) Run chromium and go to bioviz.org
      Since you have a command line open you may type

      OR
      use the Lubuntu icon in the lower left corner to go to "Internet" > "Chromium Web Browser"

      12)Open IGB
