Selecting multiple objects and then right clicking loses all selections except specific object under the right click

            Description

            If I select 2 reads, or 2 exons, and then right click one of them to access the right click menu, it loses the selection of all objects except the one that gets right clicked.

                I figured that out - but this is EXTREMELY not obvious... I am killing this here, but it might arise again in the future.
