When activating certain toolbar icons and restarting IGB, they do not show in the toolbar.
Toolbar icons that do not show up after activation:
- Collapse
- Expand
- When activating the 'Toggle Expand and Collapse' icon it will show in the toolbar with a tool tip showing 'Collapse'. Maybe we can get rid of the shortcut/icon 'Collapse' and 'Expand' and only have 'Toggle Expand and Collapse'.
- Show 1 track (+/-)
- Show 2 tracks
and 
- Same issue as above when activating the 'Toggle Show 1 track (+/-) and Show 2 track' icon. It will show in toolbar, but maybe get rid of the 'Show 1 track' and 'Show 2 tracks'
