wrong view mode

            Description

            (from IGBC-315)

            Bug for the gff3, tabix indexed IGIS models.

            Start from a completely clean IGB. Do NOT select a species. Simply drag in the IGIS file.

            The screen shows a tbi indexed view, but 'view mode' is set to 'annotations'.

                Actually - it loads up as annot view... the index summary shows prior to loading data. But, if you load data and then zoom out, the index view is gone - even after you pass the autoload mark.

                I think what was throwing you off is that Annot view AND semantic view BOTH show the coverage summary prior to data being loaded... which is nice - even if it is unintentional. After any data has been loaded, the SemZoom and Annot. no longer show the index.

                I could not find a good way to fix this,
                if you compare the path that the code goes
                thru for loading the file when no genome
                is selected vs. when a genome is selected,
                you can see the problem.
