check that genome synonyms work in IGB links

            Description

            Create a page in the user's guide containing IGB region links in which the "version" parameter uses synonyms of genome versions and not the IGB convention. Restrict viewing so that only IGB collaborators and Loraine lab group members can see or edit the page.

            Eg., try "hg19" instead of H_sapiens_Feb_2009

            Do this with at least five different genomes listed in synonyms.txt which also have data sources available.
