don't show arrow marks when gene models are compressed

            Description

            When users launch IGB and visit human genome for the first time, gene models are compressed (very short) resulting in the arrow marks appearing in exonic regions.

            To repeat:

            (1) reset prefs to default
            (2) start IGB
            (3) click Mona Lisa (to open human genome)
            (4) search for id NM_198714
            (5) observe multiple gene models w/ exons rectangles in which arrow marks are showing
