            Description

            Now that we are planning to support presentation style options using file element in annots.xml files, we should provide a DTD or similar spec for element attributes and possible values.

                Done in 14295.

                Now a error panel will be poped up if the annots.xml contains some invalid format field.
                Please test over on your own quickload servers.

                tried all listed elements except server URL (i don't know quite how to use this one)

                Do not work: show2tracks (tried true and false), positive_strand_color, negative_strand_color and none changed the load appearance.

                Connected, view_mode should be removed since we removed these functions.
