Description
The tooltip that appears when user mouses over the sequence entry box at top left of IGB is hard to understand. Also, it disappears before the user can finish reading it.
It says enter "center". So I entered "center" and hit return key. The display stayed the same but the text box text was replaced with the previous value.
I entered one value (1000) and same thing happened. (See above.)
For 6.5.1, change it to say: "Sequence coordinates. Enter range or start + size."
For 6.6 let's test out using JideSoft Ballon Tip.

Balloon tooltip can contain any component. To control closing, add "X" or "close" at top right to trigger closing the tooltip.
To activate, add an "i" button next to JTextBox (on left) to trigger opening.

Maybe we can find some other way to allow user to "get more info" on a widget.
R - 15357 The comment on the tool tip has been changed to "Enter search term or region"
I agree we should improve it but also we shouldn't add 'i' button in main window. It won't look good.
