Description
So, selecting 1) any single translation 2) all three of the + or all three of the - translations or 3) all three + and any 2 - or vice versa (sometimes) will cause the vertical scroll bar to 1) not go to the bottom of the sequence when using the mouse 'wheel' 2) the 'down' arrow in the scroll bar causes it to go up a small amount on each click 3) clicking in the open area below the scroll bar causes it to go up on large amounts 4) using the up arrow in the scroll bar will not allow the scroll bar to get to the top of the sequence AND then using the mouse wheel to go up will also not work UNTIL you scroll down first

When selecting ALL + or ALL - there is an issue scrolling down.
-With scroll wheel it displays erratic behavior, usually scrolling up first, then down a minimal amount.
-With scroll bar it displays incorrect behavior where clicking on the scroll down arrow causes the window to scroll up, and clicking below the indicator in the scroll bar scrolls the window up as well.Another weird behavior is if the user clicks in the scroll bar, underneath the indicator for an extended period of time (>1sec) the window will scroll up once and then stop. Repeated clicks in the same spot illicit no response.
Scrolling up in every which way works fine though.
I tested will scroll wheel and scroll bar. Both seemed to be working fine.
I don't have arrows on my machine. So could not test that.
Is this a consistent behavior?
It occurred 3 times (each time exiting the program and restarting it) in a row when first tested.
I tested it again 3 times and the issue no longer exists.
I am having some issues with it myself. If all translations are selected, the downscroll works, but the down arrow and clicking under the thumb does not work - but only while the thumb is near the top of the window...
It does not show arrow on my machine. Does it show on yours? If yes, test this and try to fix it.
The only issue on my Mac is the one from Alyssa (it will work again if you resize the Seq Viewer).
However everything works on Windows.
Can you please try on your machine to see if you have any issues?

Since it does not reproduce on our machine and you can reproduce it, please go ahead and try to fix it.
I even see the issue that is seen by Fuquan but not Richard
Since none of us cannot reproduce what Richard has reported, it won't be fixed.
Regarding the issue that you reported, it only problem with older version of Mac/Java plus it only affects sequence viewer in special case. In this case it makes this bug a very low priority. Moving it to 7.1
