      Description

It would be nice if the chromosomes were sortable by alpha numeric and/or length within the list to the right (in memory). Still load in the same order as the genome.txt but allow the user to change that per session.

Don't need this feature in 8.1.

Please revert if at all possible, if not, turn it off.

Tested in r(15855) still seems to sort by asciibetical rather than alphanumerical.

You may use my test server at http://transvar.org/~ktsuttle/quickload/debugging/alphanum/

Added comparator in IGB in r15852.

Test it out to make sure that it works properly.

If you can write such a string comparator then I would be happy to include it in IGB.
