-Verifying that the save PAXML file chooser in ProtAnnot is remembering the last saved file.
-Verifying that the save PAXML file chooser in ProtAnnot is remembering the last saved location.
-Verifying that the save PAXML file chooser in ProtAnnot is defaulting to the user's home directory.
-Verifying that the PAXML extension is automatically added when saving a PAXML file.
-Verifying that a duplicate extension is not saved if a user enters ".PAXML" behind the file name.

It seems that this is still not ready to test. I tried to test this a week ago as it was in the Ready for Testing column but it had not been merged so I moved it to the To-Do column and reassigned it.
Now the JIRA story says it has been merged, but when I try to test the changes in the Bioviz Development repo I am not seeing the requested changes. When I try to save a PAXML file, I am not getting the extension appended to it. The file chooser for saving PAXML is also not remembering the last saved location AND the default file name is set to "Mason", for my case, and this should not happen.
This issue was recently moved back to Ready for Testing, so I thought it was ready to test, but I am not seeing any behavior requested in this story. I am reassigning this issue to John and moving back into the To-Do column.

I am re-opening this issue because I noticed that the PAXML file chooser is not remembering the last saved location on Windows. I will reassign this to John to take a look at.
