Description
When a user attempts to load a 2-bit sequence file they will receive a popup asking them if they would like to cache this file.
There is a button labeled "Don't Ask Me Again" which will prevent the popup from appearing again when caching 2-bit files.
Currently, there is no easy way for a user to turn back on the caching of 2-bit files. If they accidentally click "Don't Ask Me Again" they will have to reset their preferences to default if they wish to see the popup again.
