Description
When I click-drag a region in ProtAnnot, a rubberband selection rectangle appears, but nothing inside it is selected.
In IGB, rubberband selection works great. Can this be added to ProtAnnot?

Implement same selection logic in ProtAnnot as exists in IGB:
1. Click on an annotation to select it.
2. Double-click something to zoom in on it.
3. Click-drag a region to select many items.
4. Click-SHIFT to add to the currently selected items.
5. Control-SHIFT click to remove an item from the currently selected items.
6. Click-drag the axis to zoom in on a region.
Note all are done except 3, 5
