Edit "About IGB" to show names of current & past contributors.

          Description

          When users select Help > About IGB, a window opens showing information about the project and the local IGB installation.

          Add a new section listing IGB developers. See attached for how it should look – and a list of contributors. Add anyone new who has joined the project.

                I had time to test this so I re-assigned the issue to myself and tested it. All of the contributors have been added to "About IGB" as expected and there seem to be no side effects from this change. Since this issue is resolved it will now be closed.
