          Description

          1. Remove start.sh
          2. Modify start-dev.sh to:
          a. Add a line to create new directory named "deploy" for first time use on a clone, as it is not present by default.
          b. Change features-hotdeploy.xml to features.xml, as features-hotdeploy.xml does not exist anymore.
