          Update IGB Quickload backup site URL

          Change backup site for default quickload site http://igbquickload.org to http://lorainelab-quickload.scidas.org/quickload (backup site is the server IGB contacts if the main site is not available)

                  *Change backup site for default quickload site http://igbquickload.org to http://lorainelab-quickload.scidas.org/quickload (backup site is the server IGB contacts if the main site is not available)
                  *Remove quickload sites Pollen, Cytokinin, Blueberry

              To test (on Mac or Linux)

              Reset IGB to default prefs.
              Delete OSGi budle cache for the version of IGB you're testing, in: ~/.igb/bundles/
              Edit your /etc/hosts file so that your computer thinks igbquickload.org resolves to 127.0.0.1 (localhost):

              127.0.0.1 igbquickload.org
              127.0.0.1 www.igbquickload.org

              Start IGB.
              Data Management tab should look the same.
              Click "configure"
              Note the data sources table should list the scidas URLs and row background color should be yellowhighlighted

              My testing confirms that IGB is using the appropriate URLs for the IGB Quickload Backup site (see screenshot). Quickload files are still being opened as expected and are able to load without issue. Also, the look of the Data Management table doesn't change even if the backup site is being used, except that the scidas URLs are the ones that are listed when the backup site is used (expected). Since this issue is resolved and there seem to be no side effects related to this change, it will now be closed.
