              To test:

              1) Visit Arabidopsis genome
              2) Observe a new folder named "RNA-Seq" in the Data Sources tab
              3) Observe old folders "Pollen" and "Cyto" are gone

              Investigate:

              IGB QL data sources may be saved in IGB preferences. Updating a default QL data source loaded from IGB preferences may not update correctly, leading to duplicate or corrupt data sources listed in the IGB data sources Preferences tab.

              My testing confirms that this story is resolved. There is a new folder in Arabidopsis called "RNA-Seq" which is coming from http://lorainelab-quickload.scidas.org/rnaseq. The data from the folder is loading as expected and the "Pollen" and "Cyto" folders are now gone. Since this issue is resolved, it will now be closed.
