fix build error

          Description

          There is a problem with the build. A merge from last month introduced an error that will not allow the code to build under the pipeline.

          To reproduce:

          1) Set up your fork to build IGB installers.

              The issue has passed first level review. There is no build failure on executing "mvn -Dtest=NibbleFileParserTest#testOriginal -DfailIfNoTests=false test".
