          Document how to set up an EC2 for running the IGB docker image for building IGB installers.
          Explain which machine image to use, etc.
          Document same by adding notes to README.md file in repository hosting the dockerfile - https://bitbucket.org/lorainelab/integrated-genome-browser-docker
