The value of score is shown as default value (10) when the value has been changed to a different value at the time of applying the filter.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
- Open a file (Quickload: RNA-Seq / Pollen / Reads / Pollen, from available data section)
- Load any region of the file
- Right click on track and select "Filter by" option.
- Select score from drop-down and add the filter of your choice.
- When you try to edit this filter, score value in input box is shown as 10 instead of score value set in the applied filter.
