investigate synonyms and bigbed format

          Description

          Make sure that IGB is using chromosome synonyms when reading a bigbed file.

          If it is not, create a jira issue to address this.

          To test it, make a big bed file in the A. thaliana genome with chromosome names in Chr and in chr format. If the synonyms file is working, both formats should appear correctly. If only one format appears (probably the one that matches the chromosome names given in genome.txt) then the synonyms are not linking the names correctly.
