I updated images and instructions in the ProtAnnot Testing Module to reflect the most updated version of ProtAnnot.

As a note, since there was a recent fix that interferes with running a local repository of ProtAnnot, there were a couple of screenshot/images that do not reflect the corrected window title change. The first image (labeled: 1_ProtAnnot Loaded page) would need to be updated again once this error is fixed in order to reflect a correct window title. The second image (closeup of the window title) is the original image prior to the update; I left this because it still reflected both the current format and proper contig name formatting. Otherwise, the rest of the images have been updated and correctly reflect the most current version of ProtAnnot that I can run, version 9.0.0.

Error in test document:

1) When I followed the instructions and selected annotation and started the ProtAnnot, Image appeared did not match the test module image. I have attached the image which I got as an attachment under the name Image_1.

Omitted information detected in the test document:

2) Providing email Address is mandatory for running InterProscan so, it has to be mentioned in the steps for executing Interproscan in the test page.

3) If the user gives invalid email address then the Proscan doesnt return any jobs. We need to stress on the fact that the user provides valid email address for successful execution. So, we need to mention it in the test case that if user doesnt provide correct email Id then he might not see any jobs running.

Redundant information in test document:

4) Scroll to the bottom of test page and we can see duplicate content.

I have fixed the issues mentioned above as follows:

1. Regarding the first error mentioned, with the mismatched image compared to the test module image, I found that this is due to selecting two gene model annotations that were located far apart (the first annotation starting at coordinate 7919171, the second at 8021715), so when it is loaded in ProtAnnot, the view is significantly zoomed out compared the the images in the testing module to accommodate the annotations in the display. To remedy this, I added more specific notes in the instructions.
2. I added more detailed steps regarding email address requirement for running interproscan, as well as a note about jobs requiring VALID email addresses
3. I deleted the duplicate content at the end of the testing module page.

There is a spelling mistake in the following line in the document.
"For testing purposes, please note that if an invalid email address is provided, the user may night see any jobs running.". Its "not" and not "night" may be.
