Fix image dimensions for smooth transition bioviz.org

          Front page images on BioViz.org appear to be different dimensions, forcing a visual jerk when some slideshow images change.

              Converted all images of the slider in the landing page of Bioviz to the same size and fixed the maximum height of the images.
              Now the transition is smooth.
