bitbucket pipelines yml file wrongly installed on users computers

          Description

          When users install IGB, the bitbucket pipelines YML file and a bash script get installed. This is wrong.
          These should not be installed on users' computers.

              Tested:

              • Installed IGB-IGBF-1346 on Mac.
              • Checked installation directory /Applications/Integrated Genome Browser
              • Extra files now are gone.

              Merged into master and release-9.0.1
