          Description

          Rreating a new web link alters existing custom web links

          To reproduce:
          In IGB, go to Tools > Configure Web Links
          Click "Create New"
          Enter a name like "MyNewLink"
          Click "Create New"
          Enter a name like "MyOtherLink"
          Click "Create New"
          Enter a name like "ATotallyDiffThing"
          Click on one of the earlier custom web links, the first one.
          Change the name to "ChangedName".

          Now you should have custom web links called:
          "ChangedName"
          "MyOtherLink"
          "ATotallyDiffThing"
          But instead, I have links named:
          "ATotallyDiffThing"
          "ATotallyDiffThing"
          "ChangedName"

          Sometimes when I click Create New, or select a different link to edit, the other links take on names that are fractions of the name I was just editing, like "A" and "ATotallyD".
          Its weird.

              My testing confirms this issue is now resolved. Weblinks are keeping their given name and editing is functioning as expected. I tried every possible way I could think of to break this, but could not. I really wanted to hit this story back to Tarun, just like all the tennis balls he ever hit my way, but it seems his fix is solid. Nice job, Tarun, and thanks for your help!!!
