      Description

The IGB team thinks it is a wise idea to remove the annoying pop-ups that ask the user if they would like to use a mirror site when the default servers are disabled.

Removing these pop-ups would greatly reduce the number of pop-ups the user sees in an event of a server being disabled and would make IGB more enjoyable to use.

Story: IGBF-141 (Don't tell the user when the mirror site is being activated)
          Date: September 2, 2014

          Intro:
The IGB team thinks it is a wise idea to remove the annoying pop-ups that ask the user if they would like to use a mirror site when the default servers are disabled. Removing these pop-ups would greatly reduce the number of pop-ups the user sees in an event of a server being disabled and would make IGB more enjoyable to use. These pop-ups have been removed and are ready for testing.

          Story IGBF-141 was tested on:
          *IGB Version: 8.2.0
-(My Office Mac) Mac OS X Version 10.9.3 using JRE version 1.8.0_11-b12 Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server

The story was tested using this workflow:
          1) I forced IGB to default to the mirror sites by changing a file in terminal.
          2) I opened IGB and checked to see if the mirror site pop-ups were still present (not to be expected)
          3) I checked the public release branch of IGB to see if pop-ups were present there (expected) to verify that IGB is, in fact, using the mirror sites.

          Observed:
On the development branch there were no pop-ups asking me if I wanted to use the mirror site. On the public release branch there were pop-ups, indicating that the IGB is, in fact, defaulting to the mirror sites. = PASS

          Summary:
Story IGBF-141 was tested on my office Mac. My observations were in accordance with the IGB Team's expectations.
