Save all data and not just current chromosome for graphs

          Description

          If we right click on the track label and click on the pop up item 'save as'. We are able to save only the graph information of the current track.

          We should be able to save all the data which is loaded.

          Issue relates to IGBF-103.
          Note:
          Need some refactoring

                This is mainly important for tracks that users created using track operations.

                What should happen is that all data currently in memory for a track with load mode "Region in View" or all data for a track with load mode "Genome" should be saved in the requested format.
