Description
We need to ensure that users can always have access to older versions of IGB. We also need to upload the 9.0.1 artifacts to the sourceforge download site before we release 9.0.2. And when we release 9.0.2, we need to do the same.
Goal:
- Upload 9.0.1 release to sourceforge download size
- Document same

- BioViz main site release folder lacks igb.zip for 9.0.1.
- Need to re-build it by re-running release pipeline for 9.0.1 since igb.zip has been over-written by 9.0.2 release build.
Triggered manual re-run of Bitbucket "release" pipeline using 9.0.1 branch.
Pipeline failed due to failed test cases related to org.lorainelab.igb.quickload.utils
Igbquickload.org recently changed and sites previously available on IGBQuickload.org used by tests may be gone.
To fix: investigate tests. Is this a fatal error that will affect users? We may only need to configured QL infrastructure. If changes need to be made, do it only on the 9.0.1 release branch.

Download from SF and confirm installers work and can install IGB on each platform.
The link to the "latest" is going to 9.0.0
Can you investigate how to make it go to 9.0.1 instead?
Please document it here. (Or link to a page that explains it.)
Since 9.0.2 is now released, we will need to upload it to 9.0.2 and update the link.
