Intro: "About the User's Guide" - Update documentation
Reason:
Under "Document Conventions" on the "About the User's Guide" page there are examples showing the user how to read the user's guide.
In order to maintain accuracy, we must change the phrase "Open file" to "Open file..." (add ellipsis) and we must change the phrase "Load Sequence in View" to "Load Sequence" (take out "in View"). This will ensure that the text seen in IGB matches the text seen in the User's guide.
