Description

Currently:
When IGB switches to secondary Quickload site and when you go to file -> preferences -> Data Source , here all the data sources which are loaded by IGB and have yellow background are allowing user to edit its details.

How it is expected:
For all the data sources loaded by default in IGB and are from secondary (or primary also) Quickload site, all those should not be editable by user.

Can you add instructions for testing, or link to a ticket that has instructions? (There may be one already .... or possibly in https://wiki.transvar.org/display/ITD/IGB+Release+Documentation)

(I would do it by editing my /etc/hosts file to kill access to one of the default Quickload sites to force IGB to switch-over to the secondary site.)
