Design and implement early access download page(s) for BioViz.org

          Description

          Add early access download page. Use "git copy" (is that a thing?) to copy the current downloads page to a new file. (This should preserve history.)
          Installers will be located in /igb/releases/beta
          Add some text to the page indicating that the version that will be downloaded is an early access version of the upcoming IGB release. No need to indicate the version of the upcoming release.

              Changes:
              1. Added new earlyAccessDownload.html page with "beta" logo.
              2. Copied all installer files to "/var/www/bioviz/htdocs/installers" location.
              3. Changed "earlyAccessDownload.html" and "otherDownloads.html" to use my(Charan) EC2 instance location. (It downloads installer files from Charan EC2 instance)

              Please keep this branch on your fork. Once we have fully automated pipeline for early release, I would like to incorporate the changes you have made to the UI.
