Description
Add early access download page. Use "git copy" (is that a thing?) to copy the current downloads page to a new file. (This should preserve history.)
Installers will be located in /igb/releases/beta
Add some text to the page indicating that the version that will be downloaded is an early access version of the upcoming IGB release. No need to indicate the version of the upcoming release.
