Copy master branch installers to BioViz

          Description

          First early access release will be Friday Feb 15.
          For this release of early access IGB, we will deploy the software manually, by copying it to the BioViz host.
          This task requires to:

          • decide how the files will be deployed on the host

              Test by attempting to install on Windows and Mac.
              Note: Linux and 32bit Windows installers are not available.
              Need to modify bitbucket build pipeline to copy these to correct file name and then "wget" them to bioviz location.

              @Ann Loraine: Ubuntu installation testing successful. On a preliminary run test (where bed file was loaded and sequence was loaded) was also successful.
