Our session cookie is getting deleted but there are some cookies maintained by agave.iplant.org as well. cookies named JSESSIONID and commonAuthid store some values and hence it directly goes to cyverse data.
Looking into deleting those cookies.
I figured out that we cannot delete the cookies which do not belong to our domain. So unless there is an api given by agave api to logout, we cant fix this issue (because of same origin policy of the browser).
Good to know. I can't find anywhere in the api documentation that mentions logging out, so it may not be possible.

I have messaged John Fonner to ask if there is an API call we can make to log the user out of CyVerse. I'm moving this issue to done, as there is nothing left for us to do, unless we hear back from John/CyVerse.

Unsure if the cookie is being removed upon logout. Sometimes after logout the CyVerse credentials are maintained and the user can automatically log back in without having to reenter their CyVerse credentials.
