Implement pagination in Terrain

          Description

          Situation: User has hundreds of files, too many to show on one screen.

          Task: Implement some form of pagination, so all files are not shown on screen at one time.

                Since we've changed to the Terrain API, this (and sorting) is now handled by the API calls themselves.

                I'm leaving this issue as open, but changing the focus to implementing the UI portion, and for testing.

                Pagination and sorting will be handled by the API. Retrieve 100 files/folders per API call (limit=100).

                Splitting this into two issues. This issue (IGBF-1592) will be for pagination. A separate issue (IGBF-1889) will be for sorting.
