          Description

          Situation: The EU now stipulates that users must be informed if a website is tracking them via cookies. Many bioviz/IGB users are located in Europe. Previously Bioviz did not use cookies, however, in order to implement the CyVerse functionality, we need to be able to track sessions. Therefore users need to be informed that bioviz is using cookies.

          Task: Implement a cookie acknowledgement bar at the bottom of bioviz, informing users that bioviz is using cookies.
