Design App Store REST API queries and responses

          Description

          The App Store will hit a REST endpoint within IGB (running on localhost) to trigger downloading, updating, and installing Apps.

          We need a listing of requests the App Store can make to this endpoint, actions IGB will perform in response to these requests, and responses IGB will give to notify caller of the result.

          For this task, create a Google Doc describing the behavior of the REST endpoint.

          Note: This will be implemented in App Store module in the IGB code base.
