          Description

          Situation: On the CyVerse login page (https://test.bioviz.org/cyverse.html) we need to add a terms of service statement. It needs to be clear to the user that by logging in to their CyVerse account, we will have access to their CyVerse data, but only use that access to provide the user with access (wording). We can also mention the cookies again, as these are needed for logging in and staying logged in, and that we will be logging requests for the purpose of debugging issues.

                I am still in the process of publishing the apps on CyVerse, but connect.bioviz.org is online, so the login page will work.

                PR is merged.

                Nowlan Freese - please note: I have created a symbolic link "cyverse.html" that links to the new file "connect.html". This way we can continue to support the old URL without having to maintain two different files.
