          Not sure how Cytoscape App Store handles assigning tags to Apps.

              Cytoscape App store probably is handling the tagging of apps manually through their admin interface

              In IGB app store we can add tags to the apps by following the procedure through admin interface:
              1. python manage.py createsuperuser (To create super user alias admin)
              2. Navigate to localhost:8000/admin - create an admin username and password
              3. Under the Tags section - add tag Name and Fullname - Save
              4. Navigate to the Apps section Select all the tags you want to assign and Save
              6. Reload the app page - You should be able to see the tags assigned.
