          Add a Django button to test.bioviz.org that will redirect to cyverse.bioviz.org.When a user clicks on "Django" button on test.bioviz.org they will be redirected to cyverse.bioviz.org.

                This task is yet to be done and can be picked up as we now have the elastic IP.
                The button that has to be redirected to the elastic IP of the test environment created for the Django CyVerse implementation.

                I am not sure this task is still relevant due to some other ipmlementation decisions that were made.
