Fix Submit App button when not logged in at testappstore.bioviz.org

          Description

          If you click "Submit App" button on testappstore.bioviz.org without already being logged in, the Web site shows an error:

          "404 Not Found ¡Qué lástima! Quelle dommage ! Che peccato!"

          Requests:
