Edit App functionality in app page not working

          Description

          Authorized user should be able to edit the content on app page.

          1. Go to admin console
          2. Assign editors to the apps
          3. Login with the authorized user --> navigate to the app page to which the user is authorized.
          4. Now Editor Actions button is displayed --> Navigate to Editor Actions button --> Edit this page

          Currently, the app page is just reloading with no ability for the authorized user to edit the content on the app page.
