          Currently, Submit App page talks about Cytoscape version 2.0 and 3.0 Apps.

          Delete that information.

              Submit App page contains a lot of unnecessary information.
              1. Removed complete Simple Apps section because we are using only OSGi bundles.
              2. In OSGi, bundle section removed Cytoscape example and replaced it with IGB.

              Error is due to extra STATIC_ROOT settings in settings.py. Removing this setting solved the problem.
